Tour to the beautiful Belgian city of Bruges

Join us on a wonderful tour to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bruges.

Getting to Bruges is half the fun, a mini adventure through 3 countries! Departing central London at 8am, we head to Folkestone (with a quick comfort stop en route) to board the EuroTunnel that will take us under the English Channel and into France, before we continue our journey by road through France and into Belgium. You will be driven and guided by an experienced and friendly guide who will help you get the most out of your time in Bruges.

On arrival in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bruges, we will have plenty of time to explore this stunning city, known as the "Venice of the North". Described by many as a fairytale city, marvel at the labyrinth of canals that break up the mediaeval charm of your surrounds, treading the historic cobbled laneways through a city that oozes charm and beauty.

Your guide will offer an optional walking tour whilst there, or alternatively, you are welcome to explore at your leisure. With around 5 hours here, there is plenty to see and do - perhaps you will choose to take a boat trip through the meandering canals, or a horse drawn carriage tour over the cobbled streets, or maybe just explore by foot - taking in some of the wonderful museums and galleries that Bruges has to offer.

You could visit the Markt - the main market area - climb the 13th century belltower for amazing panoramic views of the city, the Basilica of the Holy Blood - see a phial supposedly containing a few drops of Jesus' blood, the Groeningemuseum - Bruges' most celebrated art gallery or a tour of the Half Moon brewery?

Or maybe you will choose to relax, soak in the European atmosphere with a Belgian beer, a bowl of triple cooked chips (fries) and mussels, polished off with a selection of world famous Belgian chocolates.
